Ditec BOX B for up-and-over doors

The historic Ditec motor now with low environmental impact and Bluetooth® connectivity!

Ditec BOX B is the ideal solution for automating counterweighted overhead doors.

It can move, with 1 or 2 gearmotors, both counterweighted overhead doors with a standard curtain and fully recessed or articulated doors. Easy to install, it automates doors up to 7 mq with a single operator and up to 12 mq with 2 motors in parallel.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY: standby consumption < 0.8 W

  • Automation aligned with the new European standards (2023/826/EU) in terms of energy saving and standby consumption: with an active display and active Bluetooth®, Ditec BOX B consumes < 0.8 W.
  • High efficiency switching power supply and more precise control of output current.

AUTOMATION READY FOR USE

Automation completes with courtesy light, fixing base and key release already pre-wired, control panel with bi-frequency radio receiver and integrated Bluetooth®, limit switches already fitted. On-board opening button.

A VERSATILE AND SAFE PRODUCT

  • Bi-frequency radio receiver with integrated Bluetooth®, thanks to the new RCB100E radio receiver module, compatible with both 433.92 MHz and 868.35 MHz frequencies (default: 433.92 MHz).
  • Fast self-learning procedure, which in two maneuvers automatically registers the stop positions, self-adjusting to the most diverse installation contexts.
  • Constant electronic control of impact forces and immediate detection of obstacles ensuring the operator stops or reverses motion (if configured).
  • Opening and closing limit switches with the possibility of configuration as stop or proximity switches.
  • Temperature sensor that adapts the gearmotor's performance in cold, ice and snow (NIO function - No Ice Option) and protects the motor in the event of over-temperature.
  • Manual release via internal lever or with a customized key from the outside. A return system by means of a metal cord to be connected to the handle on the sash (optional) is also available.

AES-128 ENCRYPTION AND PROTECTED MODE

Compatible with the AES-128 radio transmission encryption protocol, which makes it impossible to use cloned transmitters. Ditec BOX B can decrypt remote controls programmed with a customized installation code (Ditec PROTECTED mode).
