Ditec SPID
New automatic barriers for free passages up to 6 m
High performance, professional wiring, maximum energy efficiency. Designed for heavy‑duty installations and engineered to simplify the work of professionals.
Ditec SPID represents the evolution of automatic barriers for vehicle passages up to 4 or 6 metres.
Robust and built to last, it uses optimized 24 Vdc technology to ensure fast and smooth movements, high reliability, and exceptionally low power consumption. The galvanized and painted steel structure, combined with the new integrated LCU55 control unit, makes it ideal for both commercial installations and high‑traffic sites.
Thanks to the integrated dual‑frequency receiver with Bluetooth®, Ditec SPID can be configured in just a few minutes via App, without additional accessories. It is also ready for Wi‑Fi or LTE connections - coming soon - enabling remote control and advanced diagnostics.
WHY CHOOSE DITEC SPID?
Ditec SPID combines high performance, energy savings, and ease of installation, offering superior experience for both professionals and end users.
From an energy standpoint, the barrier fully complies with the limits set by the new European Regulation 2023/826/EU: standby consumption is below 0.6 W for SPID40B and 0.8 W for SPID60B, even with display and Bluetooth® active. This result is made possible using a high‑efficiency switching power supply and optimized electronic management.
Mechanical performances are one of the strengths of the SPID range. Opening is extremely fast - from 2 to 3 seconds depending on the model - with final deceleration to preserve components. Reliability is ensured by mechanical resistance tested up to 2.5 million cycles.
To improve installation, SPID introduces a series of professional solutions:
- Pre‑assembled DIN rail for neat and modular wiring;
- Screwless spring-clamp terminals, quick to connect and safer over time;
- Installer-dedicated lock providing immediate access to the internal compartment, enabling faster maintenance and access to the internal release lever;
- Handle‑type release with European profile key 30/10, simple and familiar even for occasional users;
- A single model suitable for right‑ or left‑hand opening.
Movement is smooth and well controlled, and safety is ensured by the virtual encoder, dynamic obstacle detection, and the possibility to integrate LEDs, skirts, or fixed/mobile supports.
AVAILABLE MODELS
The SPID range includes two models designed to adapt to different passage widths:
- SPID40B - clear opening up to 4 m: compact, fast, and ideal for commercial car parks, corporate areas, and residential access points.
- SPID60B - clear opening up to 6 m: the solution for wide passages, industrial areas, and high‑traffic sites, while maintaining excellent opening performance and long‑term reliability.
Both models support SPB low‑profile or EPB elliptical arm, allowing customization based on aesthetics, rigidity, and required accessories.
