Ditec automatic doors at the new Emergency Department of San Giovanni Hospital in Rome
The new Emergency Department, the completion of the Orthopedics ward, and the redevelopment of the central atrium are part of a large-scale renovation project aimed at integrating the building’s historical value with the needs of contemporary medicine, also through the use of advanced technologies for automatic entrances.
The interventions were designed and carried out with the goal of ensuring high standards of healthcare, promoting a harmonious integration of technology, functionality, and human-centered design, in line with a modern and sustainable healthcare model.
The redevelopment of the renovated areas of the S. Giovanni Addolorata Hospital Complex was developed according to criteria of safety, comfort, and technological innovation. Within this context, Ditec DAS200 sliding door automations - also available in a telescopic version - and Ditec VALORHH automations, a solution for four-sided hermetically sealed doors, were installed. The automations were combined with Ditec PAMH60 and Ditec PAM30 frame door systems, helping to create efficient, safe, and functional environments.
