No, GATE CONNECT PRO only works with the latest generation Ditec brand automations.

Currently, it is possible to connect: Ditec AIR, Ditec ION-B, Ditec BOX-B, Ditec SPID-B.

To use GATE CONNECT PRO, Ditec automations must be equipped with the latest generation of switchboards with a dual-frequency receiver module with integrated Bluetooth (ref. RCB100E).

The DITEC GATE CONNECT PRO (for professionals) and DITEC GATE CONNECT (for end users) apps are available for iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store respectively.

The Apps are mainly designed for use on smartphones; You can also install them on tablets, although the interface is not optimized for this type of device.

The Apps can be used on devices with iOS (version 15 or later) or Android (version 9 or later) operating systems.

Yes, of course. However, it's important to use only one app at a time and close the app you're not using.

For optimal management, we recommend creating two separate accounts on the Ditec cloud: one dedicated to the PRO app and one to the end-user app.

This allows you to keep contexts separate and organized, avoiding overlapping.

If, on the other hand, the same account is used on both apps, the installation contexts and automations are displayed identically; As a result, any changes you make in one app will also affect the other.

Simply reinstall the App and log in to your Ditec account using the email and password previously registered.

Any user PINs will need to be set up again on the new smartphone, when the app will prompt you to enter the PIN when you first connect to the automation.

Of course. Multiple smartphones can share the same user and installer account.

No, the GATE CONNECT and GATE CONNECT PRO apps are not currently integrated with Apple Home and Google Home assistant

To reset the receiver, you need to proceed in two steps:

1. Reset the MA parameter on the control panel

• Enter the RO → MA parameter and press ENTER for 2 seconds.
• The MA value will start flashing.
• Release and press ENTER again for another 2 seconds: the value will return to 00 (no permission configured).

2. Removing the Bluetooth device from the user's smartphone

• In your smartphone's settings, press and hold the Bluetooth icon to access the list of paired devices.
• Search for automation (e.g. AIR1000B_6B:B6) and unpair/remove the device. On iOS, depending on the version installed, the automation may appear as "Ditec_GAP".

This must be repeated on all devices that want to access the automation again.

At this point, thanks to an active temporary access, the user can configure a new PIN.

Notifications and alarm messages are only received when the smartphone is connected via Bluetooth to the automation.

When optional accessories for Wi-Fi or cellular connection are available, it will also be possible to receive notifications remotely, without being near the automation.
