Ditec AIR is the new range of automations for sectional balanced garage doors and counterweighted overhead doors. With superior materials and a bi-frequency radio receiver, Ditec AIR ensures reliable performance and maximum flexibility.

COMPLETE RANGE

Two heavy-duty 24 VDC motors (up to 70 cycles/hour) with encoder, up to 600 N and 1000 N thrusts that move doors up to 200 kg in weight and 17 mq in area.

Different versions of track systems: designed for easy handling and shipping (rails in 1.1 m segments) or version for faster assembly (rails in 2 segments of 1.65 or 2.2 m).

Ditec AIR was developed with the needs of the professional in mind:

  • Bi-frequency receiver to avoid unwanted interference, selectable directly from the configuration menu
  • Quick-mount rails and ceiling mounting brackets ensure fast and reliable installation of the automation
  • Self-learning procedure for motor installation in just two maneuvers, using the automation's navigation buttons, wall station or App
  • Constant monitoring of impact forces ensure excellent safety for users
  • Built-in diagnostics to check the degree of door imbalance (Ditec Patent) during the opening and closing maneuver, thus facilitating mechanical fine-tuning adjustments; continuous measurement of automation efficiency level (Ditec Patent), with automatic notifications in case of performance degradation or maintenance needs.

ENERGY SAVING

Automations aligned with the new European regulation 2023/826/EU in terms of energy saving and standby consumption.

With display and network device active, Ditec AIR consumes less than regulatory requirements: < 0.6 W for AIR600B and < 0.8 W for AIR1000B with Bluetooth network device active.

 

DITEC SMART READY! [coming soon!]

With built-in Bluetooth and the App for iOS and Android, the control and the configuration of the automation is possible. Also available in WebApp mode. Optional accessory for Wi-Fi and Cellular Network connection.
